The first session creates the starting block for our work together and generally involves exploring in more detail what brings you to therapy, relational dynamics and supports, relevant history, and current contextual factors. Together we explore your hopes for therapy, frequency of sessions, and checking-in on the therapeutic fit. First sessions are tailored to your unique needs and prioritize building our relationship and meeting you where you are.
